Welcome to OQVPN. By accessing this website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using related network acceleration services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the service. Before purchasing, review the plan details, traffic rules, and supported platforms, and keep your account information secure.
Service Content and Scope
OQVPN provides international network acceleration across 100+ countries and 250+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service is intended to optimize international connections, access international websites, and support other ordinary online activities. The routes, route types, and client access points available at any given time are shown on the website and in the user panel.
Connection performance may be affected by the user’s location, access provider, device performance, the status of the destination service, network congestion, and other factors. OQVPN may adjust node entry points and connection methods for maintenance, capacity planning, or security reasons; no individual route is represented as a permanently fixed resource.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users should choose a password that is difficult to guess and are responsible for subscription management, plan purchases, and client activity carried out through their account. Users are responsible for losses caused by voluntarily disclosing credentials, using a weak password, or saving a login session on an untrusted device.
Subscriptions support unlimited devices, but may only be used reasonably by the account holder on devices they own or manage. Accounts, subscription credentials, and route access may not be publicly posted, sold, rented, transferred, or offered to others as standalone products, nor may they be shared among multiple people to avoid normal purchase requirements. If abnormal sharing, bulk distribution, or resale is detected, OQVPN may restrict the account’s access to the service.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Before confirming an order, users should check the plan type, traffic allowance, and payment details.
Acceptable Use Requirements
When using OQVPN, users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and those applicable to the relevant services, while respecting the lawful rights of third parties. The service may not be used for fraud, unauthorized access to systems, distribution of malicious software, intellectual property infringement, interference with network facilities, abusive content, or other unlawful activities.
Users are responsible for network activity initiated through their account and its consequences. If OQVPN receives a valid rights notice or regulatory request, or identifies conduct that could compromise service security or other users’ normal access, it may conduct necessary checks and take measures such as restricting connections, suspending access, or terminating the account.
Service Availability and Disclaimers
OQVPN performs routine maintenance on its routes and systems, but network services may experience outages, speed changes, or connection failures because of provider adjustments, destination website policies, device environments, system updates, temporary faults, or other factors beyond its control. The coverage shown on the website represents the overall resources available and does not constitute a separate promise that any particular region or route will remain continuously available.
To the extent permitted by law, indirect losses caused by a user’s device configuration, third-party software, external networks, or changes to a destination service are the responsibility of the party responsible for them. Users should back up important data and should not rely on this service as the sole connection safeguard for critical operations. Planned maintenance or material rule changes will be described in website announcements or the user panel.
Restrictions, Suspension, and Termination
Users may stop using the service at any time. If a user violates these terms, resells or publicly shares a subscription, threatens system security, disrupts other users’ normal connections, or refuses to cooperate with necessary security checks, OQVPN may restrict routes, suspend the account, or terminate the service based on the severity of the impact.
Before taking action, OQVPN will assess the nature of the conduct using the information reasonably available. In an urgent security incident requiring immediate risk control, access may be restricted first and reviewed afterward. After an account is terminated, users may not create new accounts repeatedly to continue the same violation. Information that must be retained by law will be handled as required by applicable rules.
Changes to These Terms and Refund Guidance
OQVPN may revise these terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or risk controls. The updated version will be published on this page with the latest revision date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms; users who do not agree with the changes may stop using the service.
Refund requests and eligibility are governed by the separate Refund Policy. A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 60 days of the first payment. If you have questions about these terms or an account action, visit the Support page to access the user panel and submit a ticket.
