Privacy Policy

This policy explains how OQVPN handles necessary data while providing cross-border access, international routes, and subscription services, and how users can manage that information.

Last updated: August 2026

Scope and Data-Processing Principles

This policy applies to the OQVPN website, user panel, client connection process, and related support features. Data is processed to provide subscription services, maintain account status, complete orders, keep routes operating, and respond to user requests. Information is handled only when required for the relevant feature, with access limited to its intended purpose.

OQVPN follows an anonymous, no-logs policy. During network acceleration, OQVPN does not record which websites users visit, which apps they use, or what content they submit, nor does it create browsing history that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. Account traffic is summarized only according to plan usage to calculate available traffic and subscription status, and is not linked to specific destinations.

Accounts, Orders, and Analytics

No email address is required to register; a username and password are enough. The registration process does not use email as a default identity field. If a user voluntarily provides an email address in a support ticket or another support context, it is used only to respond to that request and is not automatically added to connection activity records.

To deliver subscriptions and verify transaction status, OQVPN retains usernames, plan status, summarized traffic usage, order records, payment results, and refund-processing status. Order records are used to confirm service periods, handle billing requests, verify payment results, and resolve transaction disputes.

The website may collect page visits, referring pages, browser type, device category, and basic error information to understand whether pages load correctly, improve content structure, and troubleshoot problems. Analytics are primarily aggregated and are not used to build personal browsing profiles or combined with the destinations users access through international routes.

Connection Handling and the No-Logs Policy

When a connection is established, the system temporarily processes the technical information required for identity verification, route assignment, and traffic transmission. This information is used only to maintain the current connection, limit abnormal requests, and calculate the account's remaining traffic. After the connection ends, OQVPN does not retain connection logs that could trace visited websites, accessed content, or specific network activity.

Fault information required to operate routes is kept separate from content-access records. If a connection error occurs, the system may generate diagnostic results that do not include browsing content, to identify client compatibility, node response, or subscription-status issues. Once diagnostics are complete, the relevant information is deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website uses cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language preferences, interface choices, and necessary session information. This keeps the user panel available, prevents repeated setup, and supports plan and client entry points after login. If this data is disabled or cleared, users may need to log in again or select their preferences again.

Authentication information in local storage is managed by the current browser. Users can end the local session by signing out, clearing the browser's site data, or deleting local-storage content. Data needed for website analytics is deleted, aggregated, or de-identified once its analytical purpose has been met.

Third-Party Payments and Data Retention

Payments are processed by third-party payment services associated with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. OQVPN receives the transaction status, order identifier, and payment result needed to complete an order, but does not directly control information collected independently by third-party payment services. Their handling of payment details is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms of service.

Account information is retained for as long as the account remains active and as needed to provide subscription services. Order and refund records are retained for as long as needed to process transactions, reconcile accounts, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Support requests are deleted or de-identified after the matter is closed and no further follow-up is needed. Information without a continuing basis for processing is no longer used and is cleared as applicable.

Access, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Users can log in to the user panel to view account and order status. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information, users can submit a request through the user panel's ticket feature. OQVPN may need to verify account control before processing a deletion request. Information related to unfinished orders, refund processing, or necessary dispute records is cleared according to these rules after the relevant matter ends.

This Privacy Policy may change as product features, data-processing practices, or applicable rules change. Updated text will be published on this page, and the update month at the top of the page will be revised accordingly. Significant changes to data processing will be explained in an appropriate location on the website or in the user panel. Before continuing to use the services, users can review the latest version and decide whether to accept the updates.
